Recently, during covid-19, I appreciate the balance between good safety protocols (temperature checks, questions, cleaning, etc.) and the need for people to still be able to receive a good massage.

• Michelle was very nice and explained everything to my 14 year old son that was getting a facial for the first time. She made him feel and comfortable and he lived the hand massage! He had a pleasant first experience, he's looking forward to his next visit.
