• InsideOut strives to offer a variety of practitioners for everyone. I have experienced deep tissue work with several therapists, fascia releasing therapy, facials, and now Thai massage with a practitioner who actually walks out my back stress with her feet! The best thing, though--I was able to arrange a first-ever massage with a therapist on her second career for my 80-year-old mom! She LOVED the experience and was so thankful for the gentle, kind introduction to self care. Not all massage facilities boast such skilled, seasoned, and varied practitioners. I have never had a bad massage experience there. The owner, Victoria, knows what she's doing. She cares and it shows. The place is well staffed, scrupulously clean, and fairly priced.
