• I very much like and appreciate Insideout. It fosters healing and wellness in an authentic way. Victoria has managed to build such a beautiful and nurturing space. It is extraordinary. I met with a new practitioner to me and the practice without hesitation because I knew he'd been screened by Victoria and that he'd be wonderful: Eric. He was. He took my broken, very recently widowed body ( I called you the very next day after my husband passed, knowing I would be helped and took the next appt I could get--I came many times through the more than 20 years of caregiving, too). For 90 mins, many of them with me weeping, he massaged and spoke to me with wisdom and kindness. At one point, he put his hand on my broken heart and that was so comforting. I took a walk today (2 miles, to the ocean and back) at his recommendation. I am still unrooted and a mess, but his kindness was immense and motivating.

• Vicky was highly recommended by my chiropractor Tom Venti and she delivered the best massage experience I've had in 20 years! So much so, I was hoping to add her to my monthly healing regimen team (which Dr V is a part of). They've helped me contain and heal my cancer for 3+ decades. Sadly, Vicky is booking out appointments for a year from now so that's not an option. My loss.
