Dr Henry and the entire medical stall were very cordial, professional and willing to share information while guiding me through each step I ended my session with a massage which I had scheduled about 2 months out. I would say that part was just OK. For some reason I did not get the person I had schedule massage session with and there was no explanation why there was a change. Also the therapy room was a little bright and it was located next to a parent/infant class so it was somewhat noisy. Not very relaxing

Because of the quality of the gym itself ( equipment, cleanliness, services that are available, creativity in both inside & outside the gym, interest in serving the community,etc.) and the skill & attention of all the staff. From the front desk to the trainers.
