I had a very effective deep tissue massage with Phides. She was really good at focusing on the spots that were causing my problems. By the end I had noticeably more range of motion in my shoulders and neck, and I'm still experiencing that today. She took the time to explain things that I could do to help the conditions. It was a very good experience and it motivated me to be more mindful of how I am treating my body.
