  • Kareema was great! She was very welcoming and fun. She did a great job diving into any problem areas and deciding the best use of the time (30min massage session). She was very aware of how much pressure to apply and gradually applied more pressure, which was great!

  • Staff is inviting and professional. Equipment is excellent. Very clean. It's not like a gym. More like a center for healthy living, regardless of age. And of course very affordable.
