I love the variety of instructors with their individual approach to helping members meet their specific fitness goals. For me it is also important that the levels of training are tailored to people like me who are looking for classes that do not put pressure to compete. I am also grateful that I can join the sessions from the convenience of my home. The very fact that I have stayed with Inova.for well over three years is in itself a testimony to my commitment.
