  • Very nice gym and trainer very knowledgeable!
  • The gym and culture are great but I feel that the available equipment is somewhat limiting.
  • Great equipment, trainers and atmosphere!
  • The Friday class is always great. What I would suggest and this has occurred for just about every 10:30 class at least one or more times in each class over the past 2 weeks is the following: 1) The 'new' attendees are not cleaning off all of their equipment and/or put all their equipment away after the class, this includes the weights, the bands, the TRX handles, even some of their chairs. Some of the instructors will tell us to clean our equipment, but these people are not listening, simply choose not to, etc. One new lady said she didn't have to because she wore gloves to touch the equipment. This is getting to be flu/RSV/covid season again and I believe we need to make a concentrated effort to keep the items we use clean. These are really old peeps in the class and they don't need any extra germs. There's one new guy who does not clean or put his chair on the stack with the others or restack his platform step after class- even one of the instructors asked me about his behavior re: this. In addition, if during class peeps need to change weights, they are not cleaning off their weights after using them and deciding to get lighter/heavier weights from the weight rack or storage bins. They are putting them back after using them without cleaning and getting new weights. 2) The 'new' attendees are coming into class past the :10 late rule. Last week one came in :25 after class began. It wasn't that she was running late, she was already here and in the cardio room on her phone for at least :15 before class started. When she is 'on time' she's walking in the door at 10:30 or a little after. Other new peeps are coming in at 10:45. Not one of the instructors in any of the classes has said anything to the late comers. They could even say something to them after class about the importance of being on time and tell them the gym's rule on this. Peeps should be in class and ready to begin as close to 10:30 as possible. When they are late, they come in and congregate by the door and we are all bunched up together when there is plenty of other space in the room. 3) Some of the new attendees must not realize that we need some personal space around us to workout. The peeps in the 10:30 class try to keep 6' distance between us- maybe from a covid spacing thing, experience with personal exercise space, I don't know. Most of the new peeps don't have that sense of needed exercise space and are literally 2 feet from several of us. I had one woman this week put her keys and water bottle under my chair. I thought that after a few weeks of their coming to multiple classes they would learn the gym protocol, but it does not appear they are. Perhaps there could be new member orientation along with a tour of the facilities and these type of things are included. A couple new people have asked me if there are lockers available. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about what I wrote above.
  • The course was very informative and the instructor was amazing and very attentive
  • Great equipment and very very engaged trainers and staff. Better than any commercial health club I've ever been to. Well suited to post rehab patients.
