I attend classes Monday through Thursday. I enjoy all the evening classes. I can come to classes after work, stay away from heavy traffic. Class is fun, instructors are wonderful. The most important is I am getting stronger every day. I’m very happy that Inova is able to provide classes for every one with convenient hours and reasonable price.
