Nice clean 'not-busy' facility. Rolando, trainer, is exceptional. He knows his stuff. I walked in with tightness, no energy, 'gave-up' attitude; I walked out pain free, energized, felt like my younger self again... and looking forward to come back

The staff and all the doctors were very nice and Knowles about everything. Very understanding and listens to my concerns with no hesitation to help afterward or at the least explain the situation if not able to. Communication and immediate responds was amazing and again very helpful after my C section. I could not had a better experience
