  • he 12:00 PM class gives me the opportunity to fit in a workout during the workday. Since training consistently, I’ve noticed improvements in my mood, sleep, and physique. The trainers are also fantastic to work with.

  • INOVA Well provides/demonstrates personal attention to their clientele, much more so than other physical fitness centers. INOVA Clientele seem to interact with each other (There seems to be an attraction to the programs of family members who participate in various programs/activities with each other. Family members/couples coach, watch over each other while they engage in friendly competition/healthy activities).
