Practitioner was cordial and introduced every move with explanation and permission to provide the treatment. Therapist hands were soft yet provide protective guiding movements.

Inova Well is close to my home which is a good advantage. The facility is spacious and not crowded. Having a place where my husband & I can exercise that's not crowded & one that takes good precautions regarding cleanliness & personal safety is important especially since my husband has pulmonary fibrosis. I especially like reserving a space for any of the classes & class size being limited to a certain number of participants. This has allowed me to feel free to participate without having to wear a face mask. A special bonus is the friendliness of the knowledgeable staff & class instructors. I've only attended two classes, but I've found those classes to be fun & beneficial and the participants and instructors to be very welcoming. Eventually I'll use the exercise equipment. There's quite a selection and all seem to be in very good condition. I'm taking advantage of the one week trial membership. At the end of the week, I'll definitely join.
