Ive been working with Thor for along time- he knows my physical challenges & treatment that works. He explains the reasons & procedures very well . Gives assigments that are challenging but attainable. Im getting to know Sharon now, & she is very up to date & knowledgeable also. Good team. I feel comfortable to talk to them about personal symptoms.

Easy to connect virtually, many days and times to choose from and Zana is a wonderful teacher. She speaks clearly explains the movements and gives lots of helpful hints
