10 score which is the best. With the challenge of the lockdown, & some health issues that came up, it was a great place to go- Thor. DAVE, & SHARON were very knowledgeable, good listeners, had a good program, even found out I might have scoliosis, which was confirmed by my Dr. They made it fun, but very focused on my issues which really helped.
