Your facility is clean, well staffed, and offers something for everyone. I have a personal trainer and she has helped me set up a program that works for me. I'm retired and am a Silver Sneakers member and that gets me in free to use the equipment, use the indoor track or the swimming pool and sauna/whirlpool. Different classes are offered, too. I give them 5 stars!!
