I would totally recommend the gym to a friend. Always have. I would like to see an upgrade to the sound system in studio A/B. I’ve been coming to the gym 3 or 4 years now and I’ve seen upgrades to other areas of the gym. Which is great, but the studio we use for Zumba, body pump, and core all classes which the music volume to what drives and pushes us to work harder… has its faulty moments.

Girls are welcoming upon arrival, great selection of classes, instructors really know their stuff. Love the water aerobics with Ann Marie and Dalfim.

Instructors are awesome! Not great feedback from a few friends about the front desk. Rude, making people feel bad about being a few mins late (health care worker w small kids...should be glad she's there!!).
