I took my first silver sneakers classic class and the instructor and participants were very welcoming. The class was a very positive experience. Looking forward to taking more classes. Also enjoyed the walking track, The personnel at the front desk are very cheerful and helpful and the facility is very clean and well-kept. I haven't been back to the gym since covid and am looking forward to making it part of my weekly routine.
