• Innerwave is the best therapy I have found. I have tried many things and venues to help with my issues. The staff is awesome, very knowledgeable, compassionate, trustworthy, and very helpful. There has been many times I have went to my appointment and was told by my family members that when I've left there I seemed to be moving as if I'm twenty years younger. Even my physical therapist has now told me it's what I need to be in a better medical condition. I would HIGHLY recommend Innerwave Massage Therapy to anyone with any pains or illnesses, including arthritis and fibromyalgia.

Once it was over, he gave me suggested exercises to perform at home, and he also followed up with an email directing me to even more information.
