I didn't know what to expect. I had read about halo therapy, but never experienced it. The room was comfortable and I tasted salt immediately. Brandy brought us tea and we relaxed in the salt mist. It was soothing, my friends and I all felt relaxed and more clear (sinus-wise) when we finished. I will definitely return.
