• Inner Light is the best yoga studio in Nashville. I love all the instructors and their no worries and non- serious attitude. Yoga is fun and uplifting and it just sucks when other studios make is so damn serious. Laugh, it feels good! I love the theme days and just love yoga with music. It's truly the only studio with a no judgement feel which is how yoga is supposed to be right!?
