• Nice looking clean and comfortable environment, friendly staff, effective treatments and good tea afterwards. The only negative thing I would say is that I didn't like the background music playing that had singing and words with it - it was kind of annoying and made it less relaxing. I think spas, etc should have meditation type music playing with no singing as I don't want to hear music I want to hear relaxing sounds.

• The spa has very nice facilities and a good location. I also really appreciate that my massage therapist asks what I'd like to work on. And it's a great balance between working on problem areas and having an enjoyable, relaxing experience
