Pamper your Hands & Feet

This treatment will leave your hands and feet feeling soft, smooth and pampered. We start with an exfoliation of the hands and feet using our Inn-made salt scrub. We then apply a warm moisture mask which moisturizes and nourishes your skin for 15-20 minutes. Once the mask has processed it will be removed and you will receive a massage of your hands and feet for the duration of your treatment. This is the perfect service for someone that does not want to get undressed at the spa, for first time spa attendees or for people on their feet all day!

The Inn's Signature Treatment

A special trio of pampering involving a salt scrub, body wrap and a 60 minute relaxation massage. We begin the treatment by applying our Inn-made salt scrub to the arms, legs, and back. Once the scrub is removed we apply a warm mud/ clay mixture to the same areas, wrap you in plastic and blankets and give you 15 minutes to meditate, nap or just breathe. After your relaxation time, you will be asked to shower off and to return to your massage table where you will receive a 60 minute relaxation massage. Please note: This treatment is done with a minimal amount of draping/ coverage and your underwear may get salt scrub and mud on it during the process. Guests will have towels covering them at all times, but first time spa-goers may want to discuss any draping concerns with our team prior to scheduling.)

Inn's Spa Facial Massage

The Inn's Spa facial massage consists of a cleansing of the face followed by the first mask. We then exfoliate the face and neck before applying facial toner and the second mask. During this process your head and shoulders will be massaged. We finish up this 60 minute treatment with a moisturizing cream while massaging the face and decollete. (Please note: this treatment does not include steam treatment or extraction)

60 Minute Cupping Massage

Cupping is an ancient technique used to break up energy blockages in the body. A partial vacuum is created in special cups that are placed on the skin. The suction and negative pressure draw the skin into the cups draining excess fluids, loosening adhesions and connective tissue, increasing blood flow and stimulating the peripheral nervous system. The cups are moved up and down along the muscles and the sensation is akin to having a traditional massage only much deeper. (Please note: This massage is very deep and may be somewhat uncomfortable at times. It has also been known to leave round bruises on the body at times.)

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) dates back to the early 1900's. It is the foundation of the Osteopathic profession. Using 5 grams of pressure (think the weight of a nickle) movements of the bones of the head and spine are monitored for symmetry and amplitude.
