I was seized up & couldn't move my head/neck, so it was an emergency drop-in visit; 1) they got me in almost immediately & are conveniently located close to my house, 2) I could only afford 30min & was a little late but Jordan worked on me a few extra mins & then as I was getting ready to pay, the owner Tressa heard my pained sighs & came out to ask what was going on-then gave me 5-10min of deep tissue massage pro-bono! Just cuz she recognized I was in agony. That was amazing-doing much better, thanks again! I'll be back
