Kyndall was a pleasure to work with. She was so knowledgeable when answering all of my questions and treated me like I was actually special or something. She has the unique gift of being able to make the client feel valued and important. I had experienced a couple of scheduling problems on my end trying to get into an appointment, but she worked with me when I had to reschedule and assured me that it was not a bother, even though I was secretly worrying that she was beginning to think that I was a flake or something. 🤭 I was devastated and extremely angry with myself when I was unable to tolerate the cryo treatment and began to cry. Kyndall was very reassuring and helpful to me, even going so far as to go over alternative methods to achieve my goals. She is a wonderful asset to your company, and you need to do whatever is necessary to ensure that she stays working for you for a long time. People like her are valuable employees and extremely hard to find. Even though I hate that I didn't get to utilize the 3 treatments that the special offer that I paid for had entitled me to. I definitely would have looked forward to coming back to see Kyndall. Kudos Infusion Wellness as you have a lovely business with fabulous help!
