Also, although I knew the answer to many of the questions that I asked Ryan (I'm in the medical profession as well) he took time and provided well thought out, accurate responses. Not just told me what he thought I wanted to hear or tried to push his product. I appreciate his honesty. The staff are all friendly and professional.
