Customer service was A+ as I didn't have to wait to be greeted and seen. Laura gave excellent insight on the various offerings and and best options to choose. Although I had not planned to get cryo that day, the process was so easy and streamlined that I didn't mind going ahead. The atmosphere was clean and light. The staff was friendly and service operated in an efficient manner. This is why I gave a score of 10. I'm looking forward to returning.
