When I got there I was greeted with a smile. When you are fixing to have something g done and your unsure of the pain and the procedure, cost and this & that it is so reassuring to see a sweet smile. I then went to a consult room where I was explain my procedure and then asked if had any questions. It was nice to have someone listen to my inquiries ❤️
