The initial conference was good and only had one treatment. Waiting for the full 6 months of treatment before I change it.

As a first-time client I'm basing the "10" on one event. This score may change later based on if the desired results that were discussed& deemed achievable are actually achieved. I was greeted professionally & treated with respect & dignity. The environment is welcoming, well designed & very clean. I paid for a consult, but felt very comfortable moving forward with my first procedure. The product was highly recommended by my sister who had only 1 procedure. I was so well pleased with how the day went that I joined the club & committed to 5 more sesions

Ragen was super sweet and accommodating. Only two things is that I feel is deceiving and would like to address... 1. to promote that the ultra glow a summer special for $299 and then say it's only for first time customers. 2. I paid $39 to make the appointment and was told it would go towards the cost of my treatment, but when I went to pay she tried to charge me $299 w/o deducting the $39. She ended up deducting it, but what if I hadn't been paying attention? Otherwise, it was a good experience.
