Kaylee not only explained the cryotherapy but engaged with funny or interesting conversations that made the 2 freezing minutes pass quickly. Also always acted concerned about my problem and made suggestions to other ways of relieving this pain. I'm slowly getting a feeling of calm in my legs on the way home. I want to continue to receive treatment in hopes of getting a cure so I can get away from pain medication. I hate being cold so cryotherapy is a real challenge for me...but Kaylee always gets me through the session and I'm usually laughing when it's over.

Nice people. Nice and clean place. Great IV placement. Everything explained well. Comfortable too but although there are signs, I was in a room with another person that had 3 conference calls...on speaker phone. It was very annoying. Wish those rules were pushed a little harder!
