• Of all the massage therapists I've had - the "1 on 1" session is key. With typical massage - it seems they quickly ask you what hurts and that's about it. The rest of the time, you quietly hope they do what you prefer. To be able to customize your massage is soooo nice!

• Everyone was so kind and my massage was amazing. Mandy F made it so that I can move my left arm up without my shoulder blade hurting. I've been in pain for almost two months. She also said that it would be good for me to go back in a couple weeks and I agree because I would hate for my shoulder blade to get bad again. Thank you so much!!
