She has an incredible gift for finding exactly where my muscles were holding tension and skillfully working through areas of tightness with myofascial release techniques. Her intuition and expertise were evident throughout the entire session. The foot reflexology was equally wonderful and left me feeling deeply relaxed and restored. Connie is truly masterful at what she does, combining technical skill with a calm, caring presence. I left feeling noticeably better, both physically and mentally. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapeutic, restorative spa experience.
