• My therapist, Jake, took the time to listen to my goals for the session and explain why some of my tratment goals may interfere the my marathon goals for the next day. He tailored my treatment to help me achieve success and he also suggested some stretches to use in the future to help combat some of my ongoing stiffness. Communication with Jake was easy.
