• The incredible kindness and professionalism of Julie who gave me a 1 hr massage. I've terminal cancer and hairless due to chemo, she was so understanding and made it easy for me to feel safe with her. I was surprised at how string her hands are, she asked for and responded to feed back. What a great experience. We immediately booked her again before we left the room.
