I need to discuss my reikei session with you. I am a complete skeptic, but I something has changed. I had negative, no horrible thoughts and images in my brain. The images that I had were so vivid and real that I could see them constantly. As I was experiencing the session I couldn't help but see the images as I see them ALL the time. One by one the images disappeared. It was like swiping your phone from one screen to the next with the next screen as a blank white screen. It has almost been 24 hours and I can't, no matter what I do or think, recall the images or the feelings. I want to talk about the experience more and I want everyone to know what can happen with this experience. I just want to tell you in even more detail how my brain and emotions have changed because of the experience. I don't feel like suicide is the only way to stop the images now. They are gone.
