• Just a million times better than previous Pilates place that has toxic atmosphere. Instructor was excellent at helping to isolate difficult to work muscle groups such as inner thigh and hamstrings. My only complaint would be that I would've liked a slightly more aerobic hour. Very good positive energy in your studio. Thank you.
