Steam shower, friendly and enthusiastic greeting when I entered--made me feel welcome and didn't make me feel like i didn't belong even though I'm overweight,, loved the dim room and computer tracking.

One of the instructors made me feel rushed to leave. After 6-7 class I shower and get ready for work. Usually there for 30 min. The sub instructor came in at 720 and said she had to go bc she had to her her kids to school. She seemed very annoyed with me. This has been my only poor experience and that is why I gave a 9 rating.
