  • I've been a customer for about a year now. Here are things I've noticed that happen often. It's difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone. Doesn't matter which time or which day, almost no one answers. You have a late policy that you don't regulate. 15 minutes late is too lenient and it messes up other peoples appointments. It is disrespectful. If a previous client was late, then my appointment will be late - the least you could do is call ahead and tell me to come at a later time (which you don't) not as I was scheduled. What's with the ridiculous extra charge for paying with card? And if I pay cash, it has to be exact because the remaining employees don't have change because management leaves with the key (how stupid is that?). Overall still 9/10 because the service itself is amazing.
