• I really enjoy the atmosphere and services that I have received. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, and they always have great specials and deals goingon that make services more affordable. Kezia did an AMAZING job on my eye lash extensions!

• The staff are always extremely friendly and positive, providing a relaxing experience. I did feel a little like my appointment was rushed, and my eyebrows aren't quite as neat and tidy as Anu has made them in the past. I was not really asked if I wanted to try something new before it was done, which was mildly concerning. It also seemed there was a job interview in process when I arrived, which tainted the serenity that the staff have worked hard to create in the storefront area. In the future it may be more comfortable for both the prospective new hire as well as customers if interviews took place either in a private room or outside of the storefront area (perhaps the lobby outside where the elevators are, or even at the ice cream place on the first floor)
