• Very little wait, the woman who answered the phone when I called beforehand and then did my intake for urgent care was so kind and helpful that she felt like family. The nurse was nice, the doctor was nice. I was seen in a very reasonable amount of time, the doctor/practitioner gave me clear and easy directions on what to do and I loved that the directions were on my print out because I always forget something! The prescription was sent in right away so that I was able to get it on the way home without any hassle and start feeling better. I live half an hour away and only went there because all the 6-7 places near me were closed or not already were taking anyone else at 5pm. But in the future I would probably go all the way there as my first choice. They were also the only place I didn't have to wait 10 minutes for them to answer the phone. 10 out of 5 stars.
