• The lady at reception was such a warm and kind spirit. They made me feel at easy. I was arrived 5 mins late after mistakenly waiting on the first floor. The receptionist made sure to let me know it wasn't problem. She had such great customer service. After I was welcomed by Kezia Rodrigues my Aesthetician for my facial. She was also so warm and kind made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She really listened to my skin concerns and when she was finished I saw a major difference. I also felt a lot less stressed. She is very talented and it was my first time visiting but I would say the best facial I have ever had. I also want to mention I was so relaxed I fell asleep and woke up feeling refreshed. I will absolutely come back I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10!
