• Indigo Yoga has a welcoming and attentive staff. I love that the instructors are certified and are hands on. The classes are set for all levels, the instructors in all the classes I have attended encourage growth, but maintain safety by helping student align body correctly. This is something extremely important to me. If you have had surgeries in the past like myself you appreciate the time they take to help you maintain proper alignment. The atmosphere is one of peace and your sure to walk out refreshed, grounded and looking foward to your next visit. I am extremely happy here. Debi♡
