• The room was really hot, great workout, good way to start the day, was able to enjoy the yoga with my wife, and I hate to admit it but the instructor nearly killed me and i appreciated it. The facility is clean (restroom is clean). I have only been doing yoga for about two months now and it is great, wish i had started years ago. Only bad thing....I can't tell my friends, or not most of them. Have a great day. God is good all the time.

• Everyone is very friendly, the studio and bathrooms are always spotlessly clean, and its obvious that the instructors care a lot about my health and wellbeing

• I like the tremendous variety of teachers, who all randomly provide different tips and guidance on achieving correct poses. I also like that they mix up the routine just slightly, so we get to practice/perfect all the same poses, but there is just enough variety so as not to be boring.
