• I LOVE Indigo. The teachers are sublime. The environment, from the minute you cross the threshold, is warm and inviting and soothing. I always feel like the people at Indigo seem to KNOW that we come there seeking the calm within our storms... it's salve for the mind & strength for the body. And, it's FUN! I'm grateful!
