• I took Alli's class and was doing a lot of modifying and restorative postures due to an injury. This gave me the chance to really hear Alli - she was so encouraging to the class and I could hear her taking the time to help people do postures they were working on (like wheel), all while she kept up the pace of the class. And because I wasn't moving as much, I appreciated her steady voice and breath cues. Both kept me in the class even though I was doing something different.

• The atmosphere and energy in the room during the Baptiste class was awesome. The instructor Marta was incredible. She adjusted my poses a few times ever so slightly and I felt such a difference. After, during shavasana, she came around and put cool towels over everyone's foreheads! It was a really great touch to the end of the practice.
