• I've been to Indigo a few times, but it's a bit of a drive from where I live. When I saw the free classes offered for teachers during this time, I decided to sign up. Your instructors are awesome, and adding yoga back into my day really helps with the anxiety and stress during this time. I usually go to another studio in Fort Worth, but they haven't offered anything like this to first responders and teachers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I will definitely be making it a point to catch classes at your studio as soon as all this madness is over! Thank you!!!!

• I haven't taken a yoga class in a long time so I was a little rusty but the class was paced well enough to where I could still keep up and didn't feel stressed about not being able to do some of the poses. Afterwards I felt very relaxed and happy! :)
