• Shannon is an intuitive, strong teacher. Desk staff is always helpful, and I get to see some of my favorite people at class. I feel like a new (exhausted) person walking out of every class.

• Easy to find Good parking Free first class + mat/towel and great monthly rate Front desk guy was polite, welcoming and helpful Teacher introduced herself to me prior to class because she had not seen me in the studio before That makes me feel like the studio has some loyal regulars The studio was spacious, light and spotless The class she taught was great! The timing was spot on, the flow was thoughtful, she offered modifications/advancements to poses, she gave verbal corrections and encouragement, and she seemed genuinely concerned about the student experience. It's one of the best first impressions I've had of a yoga studio. Well done!
