• I felt very welcomed in the studio. Dustin greeted me at the front desk to help me get checked in, gave me information after class, and asked me about my experience. I felt seen. Kila also led an amazing flow with a good variety of strength building postures and different paced movement. Good clarity and cues.

• I feel like Indigo has made some positive changes from how things use to be. 45 minute classes, maybe not as hot, and I feel like the instructors have more flexibility now to read the room and mix in different poses making every class challenging and interesting! It seam that it use to be the exact same sequence of poses for every class. I also appreciate how clean Indigo has always been. I love Marta and Margaret's 7:45 classes! Thank you Indigo Yoga 💙
