• There was a lot offered: a shower with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Free tea at the end, and more hair products and lotion as well!!

• First - Wesley was amazing and definitely made the experience positive from the appointment booking to coming in. He answered all my questions over the phone and just made me look forward to the experience. He made sure to explain the process & tell us exactly how everything worked (hygiene wise, I was very curious). As for the floating, I remember the lights being on when I got in, opening my eyes to fix my ear plug and it was pitch black, then coughing and that caused me to open my eyes and the lights were on - I thought it was the motion that turned them back on, I was unaware an hour already passed until they didn't go off and I felt the draining and got out and looked at the time. So I would say this was incredibly relaxing. Overall definitely worth the drive to Orlando to do, I don't believe the overall experience would've been the same elsewhere.
