• It was absolutely relaxing and enjoyable, I felt like a new person when I left, plus the staff was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! I left off the one point because the bathroom needed to be cleaned pretty badly, especially under the seat. I wasn't too bothered by it, but I have some friends that might have been grossed out, wondered about the rest of the facility, then left. Overall, I loved it, minus that small detail.
