• Everything was great, except the shower needed some bleach and/or elbow grease. And the pump for the conditioner was broken.

• Forgot the woman at the front desk's name but she's always so helpful and open to questions. Always a calming and welcoming environment before, during and after soaking. Would love to go more if it wasn't so expensive! Would like to go at least once a month!
